Since plants are living products, we offer a 48-hour replacement guarantee if your plant arrives damaged or in poor health. Just share a photo with our support team.

Yes, every plant comes with a detailed care card covering sunlight, watering, and soil requirements. You can also find digital guides on our website.
How long does delivery usually take?
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Depending on your location, you can expect your green friends to arrive within 3 to 5 business days.
Are the pots included with the plants?
Most of our plants come in standard nursery pots. However, we offer a wide range of premium ceramic and plastic planters that you can add to your order.
What payment methods do you accept?
